The Boutique Rooms
The Boutique Rooms are a fabulous collection of privately owned and cultural houses located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. There are five building in total and four are located within Vegueta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The other house is a beautiful beach house situated in the southern part of this beautiful island!
These houses and rooms are something special! They have all been renovated and restored with so much detail to capture the history and ambience of these emblematic buildings. Therefore the traveller is taken in to a unique, luxury experience when staying here.
One of the houses is The Old Chocolate Factory. This old period building has been totally renovated. The house was built in 1904 and for 25 years was a successful chocolate factory located on the ground floor of the building. Over the years the building had many changes until it stood abandoned for over 30 years. Then the new owners saw the potential of this beautiful building and have now restored it to its original condition. Now guests can stay here and have a taste of it’s former glory!
